ABOUT

ABOUT
Hello.  I am Grace and I am a qualified and certified Naturopath and Primary school teacher. With 30 years of experience as a Primary school teacher, I have seen first-hand how diet and lifestyle affect student learning and focus. Simultaneously, I dedicated 8 years to part-time study whilst teaching, qualifying me as a Naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Science. I am bi-lingual, fluent in both English and Italian.

My lifelong personal struggle with various digestive issues fuelled my passion for health and wellbeing and directed me towards helping the body heal and rediscover the joy of food.

HOW I CAN HELP
Leveraging my unique blend of experiences, I have a special interest in treating children’s  health concerns and individuals struggling with digestive issues.

I provide non-invasive diet and lifestyle education, and natural prescriptions to help children improve their focus, have more restful sleep, and manage their emotions and energy better.

For those with digestive challenges, I strive to improve digestion, reduce bloating, abdominal pain, and flatulence.

Through detailed case evaluations, I create personalized plans that consider diet, lifestyle, and environment. Depending on individual goals, herbs, teas, homeopathy, or supplements may be prescribed.

Together in health.

HERBAL MEDICINE

Herbal medicines contain active ingredients made from plant parts, such as the leaf, flower, stem, seed, root, fruit or bark. Herbs have been used in most traditional medicine for thousands of years and are beneficial in assisting many body systems and health conditions. There have been many studies completed on the benefits of specific herbs for different symptoms and medical conditions.

HOMEOPATHIC REMEDIES

Homeopathic medicine was developed in Germany more than 200 years ago. Homeopathic remedies come from natural sources such as plants and minerals and are prepared in accordance with traditional Homeopathic practices. Homeopathic remedies are commonly administered as sugar pellets, drops, creams or tablets. Treatments are prescribed specifically for each person’s individual symptoms, health condition and constitution. By stimulating a person’s own healing ability, homeopathic remedies help the body to return to a healthy state of being.
